⦁ Clarify your options—whether that means broadening your horizons or narrowing your focus.
⦁ Set short- and long-term career goals with actionable steps to achieve them.
⦁ Connect with professionals in fields you aspire to explore.
⦁ Understand career information, including study pathways, workplace adjustments, funding options, scholarships, and apprenticeships.
⦁ Prepare for paid work, internships, volunteering, or study opportunities.
⦁ Explore entrepreneurial opportunities and practical steps to start your own business.
⦁ Navigate career possibilities while addressing challenges related to disabilities, illnesses, or injuries.
⦁ Maintain employment by building strategies and gaining skills to excel in the workplace, supporting ongoing personal and professional development.
Together, we’ll create a personalized roadmap to help you achieve your goals and discover a career path that is both fulfilling and achievable.
The Finding and Keeping a Job plan is an NDIS-funded initiative designed for eligible participants eager to enter the workforce. Through personalized career coaching, I focus on building your capacity to create clear pathways toward meaningful employment and greater independence.
My support includes helping you find work experiences, providing on-the-job training, and guiding you through key skill development to succeed in your chosen career. If your goal is to find a job or transition to a new career path, this funding can open many doors. I can also assist you in exploring opportunities to participate in a job trial with an approved business, which could even lead to paid employment.
At CounselCoach, we welcome referrals from NDIS Support Coordinators, parents, psychologists, and other professionals who are seeking specialized career support for their clients or family members.
If you’re considering my services, I invite you to reach out to discuss how I can best meet the needs of your client or loved one. As a dedicated Career Counselor and Coach, I work collaboratively with participants to create tailored support plans that align with their goals and aspirations.
With the participant’s agreement, my services can be delivered under the relevant supports outlined in the NDIS pricing guide. Let’s work together to provide meaningful, empowering career pathways for those we support.
