A Career Coach and Business Coach with extensive corporate and commercial experience in supporting people to reach their potential, obtain their career goals and achieve their business objectives. With a background in supporting HR, Organisational Development, Finance, Operations, Project Management teams I have a broad knowledge and expertise across the public and private sectors. Further 8 years work experience providing C-Level executive support to boards, committees, and over 60 Executive Directors.
I have over 7 years’ experience in utilising a holistic person-centred approach to coaching and mentoring, I am passionate about inspiring my clients to unlock barriers and bring out their best, while changing careers, and navigating major transitions in life.
My experience and enthusiasm for coaching, counselling, mentoring, and training is complimented by my commitment to ongoing learning, self-development, and growth. Leveraging my Economics degree and background in finance I am a specialist in training business owners to understand and apply sound principles to create and manage their financial goals, strategy, profit and loss, and cashflow forecasting. People and Culture are my passion and I’m deeply motivated to make a difference and help individuals, teams and businesses succeed. I am compassionate and have a genuine interest in employee well-being, coaching, mentoring, and supporting people, to reach best outcomes for themselves and the company. I have strong stakeholder engagement skills and a natural ability to create rapport and build relationships easily.
